Nice photo, Ciel. I did go to Wikipedia and learned much new material. Unfortunately, in the States we just don't study these kinds of things, so I'd never heard of the two mining areas - which were (are) extremely significant in the history of Wales.

I'm guessing a bit but the buildings look like the Rhondda Heritage Park in Trehafod.
