My camera seems to have become an extension of my amateur photographer eyes! All photos prior to 2007 are scanned and were taken with a Fuji camera.

Sainte Anne la Palud, Finistère, France, 2009



I'm not sure which one I like best, so here are both versions. It was raining heavily.

I have no doubt, colors always win. Even van Gogh wouldn't have doubts, maybe with no rain and more crows.

As a matter of personal preference, I think I'd go with the color photo...but they're both full of a rain-filled vitality. If that makes any sense!

I like the color as the overall shot, but when you enlarge them and look at the wheat, I like the monochrome. The wheat becomes more pattern-like and it's very appealing, too.
