Very colorful shot! I don't think I'd like the music, though; can't stand bagpipes.
I had to leave Qimper few days before festival started when I was there and never had chance to see it. Hope to be back at proper time one day! Love the photo and love the music you attached:)
By the way, they do speak Welsh in Corris of course!
