Okay, what the heck is a "palouse"? I can't find it in either the English or French dictionary. I've heard of a caboose, a palace, a papoose ...

Lovely landscape!

Aha! It's a "luminous landscape" in the Pacific Northwest. Aha!

I've heard so much about the Palouse hills and seen several photos. These are beautiful and I love the way your framed them with the tree branches here.

Beautiful, peaceful scenery!
By the way, I love Hansatic cities - they have this special atmosphere. Have you been to Riga? It's a treasure:D

Hi Ciel! Re your question on The Villages: Yes, it's more "southwestern" architecture...or Spanish. That's why they call it Spanish Springs! :-)

This is a well framed shot of a beautiful area. Today, I expect, it is covered with snow!
