Everything points to that lighted spot on the shore: a pub, a restaurant? Is it strange to see all these boats so sparse, there is any reason for it?

What a peaceful scene. Like a painting.
Welcome back from your vacation.

A truly lovely scene. I love boats and water and night shots. Is this where you were staying?

By the way, how is your knee?

@ Jacob: Sainte-Marine is one of the nearest harbour/beach from Quimper which is where I am based when in Brittany. About 20 minutes drive. The knee? Much better but it'll take more time. Thanks for asking!

@VP: well... these are only "annexes", which are used to get to the wooden boats and fishing boats which are moored in the middle of the Odet river estuary. There's a yacht harbour too but you can't see it here. And yes, there's a café there!
