Josselin castle was built on the Oust river. It is said a first keep was built here in about 1008. Work on the current castle began after 1370, it was later transformed in the 15th and 17th centuries but from the river side, has kept its fortified look. To this day, it has remained in the same family and still belongs to Josselin, 14th duke of Rohan. It is also a wonderful doll's museum nowadays.
