Paris, France, 2010

This is a pretty obvious photo for anyone who knows the Seine's banks in Paris. See those green and pink books? La bibliothèque verte (the green library for young teenagers) & la bibliothèque rose (the pink library for smaller children). Books that I swallowed by the mile when I was a kid and cherished... Ah! Enyd Blyton's Famous Five!

Tu sais que j'ai encore tous les miens, precieusement sauvés et gardés , malgré les ans, les demenagements, les enfants qui voulaient me les piquer, le mari qui voulait les jeter?.. Non, non, tresors d'enfance, pas touche!!que de souvenirs entre ces pages!
