With a second shot to put the bridge into perspective next to Notre-Dame de Paris. This bridge is today's contribution to "Louis la Vache's" Sunday Bridge Series @ San Francisco Bay Daily Photo.

Super, Ciel!
«Louis» lived just on the other side of la Seine from Nôtre-Dame on rue-Saint-Antoine (rive droite - so he knows this view of Nôtre-Dame well!

«Louis'» linked it!

I'm guessing this is a very "touristy" area, and rightfully so.

Such an iconic scene with the vines draping down the wall by Notre Dame. I don't remember the water being so blue.

Not a great bridge, but a lovely one and it feels like home! I have spent hours there taking pictures of boats and street artists. Can't wait to be there again...

This is one of my favorite bridges because of the location and history. I've never seen the place looking so festive, as I always seem to be there in fall, early spring, or the middle of winter. I think I have to go back when the sky is clear like this. It's breathtaking.

Lovely photographs. The vines growing on the wall really make is 'softer'.

Great shots! I still have too many days to check off in my calander until I'm there again. :)

@ Oakland: the blue is only the reflection of the sky!
