My camera seems to have become an extension of my amateur photographer eyes! All photos prior to 2007 are scanned and were taken with a Fuji camera.

I would not mind having that painting...and it would definitely find a place on a wall somewhere in our house...

When I was very young, I spent time at my grandmother's farm in northern Minnesota (this would be early 1940s). She had a number of books about Canadian and American explorers and their adventures with the natives. Some of the stories were scary but I loved them. Not only, so, but every summer a band of Indians (Ojibwa? I think that's spelled wrong) made camp on her property - back in the woods.

I was scared to death. So I watched them from afar.

Beautiful. Love the penguins down in front too.

What a great rendering with a lot of character. It reminds of pix of the Eskimos my grandfather took when he was stationed in the Arctic.
